- From £275 + VAT for your HIP upon instructing us. Your selling fee does NOT become payable until completion.

Hendys HIP folder will contain all legally required documents mandatory for your sale.
- Land Registry and/or proof of title details (including details of any restrictive covenants)
- Searches
- An Energy Efficiency Certificate.
- Leasehold properties need a copy of the lease (and incur an extra charge).
REMEMBER IT IS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT TO COMMISSION A LEGALLY APPROVED HIP BEFORE MARKETING ANY PROPERTY.
