Hendys have a special arrangement for you to pay for this.
YOU HAVE A CHOICE
- Pay from £275 + VAT for your HiP upon instructing us. Your selling fee does NOT become payable until completion.
OR
- Pay from £375 + VAT for your H.I.P. plus your selling fee on completion.
And, our selling fee? From 1% + VAT
FULLY INCLUSIVE OF ALL OUR MARKETING SERVICES
Hendys HIP folder will contain all legally required documents mandatory for your sale.
- Land Registry and/or proof of title details (including details of any restrictive covenants)
- Searches
- An Energy Efficiency Certificate.
- Leasehold properties need a copy of the lease.
REMEMBER IT IS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT TO COMMISSION A LEGALLY APPROVED HIP BEFORE MARKETING ANY PROPERTY.
